Use your time away from work to empower you and your colleagues.

We deliver team building activities that develop skills in communication, leadership, delegation and problem solving, as well as developing perseverance, self and peer-to-peer confidence.

To meet your aims and objectives we can provide a universal programme or through working with you we can plan a bespoke day of activities to meet your team's specific needs.

Continuing professional development (CPD) not only improves the effectiveness of the individual but the business as a whole. You will leave us with great memories, broadened skills, and a deeper understanding of your personal qualities that will improve your workplace.

Activities may include:

• Blindfold trust games

• Wide games - develop communication and strategy

• Nightline course (a sensory experience to develop communication)

• Team challenges - can you survive in the wild? Learn to build shelters and a fire to cook on

• Woodland art and crafts - construct a woodland chair, bench, table or decoration

The day will include tea, coffee and snacks.

Health and safety

We aim to deliver a safe, high quality service. Our staff are qualified Forest School Leaders and include teachers with many years experience. All staff are qualified in providing outdoor first aid and have immediate access to first aid kits. Activities are risk assessed. Participants take part in activities at their own risk.
